1. SERVICES

1.1. ExtraMile Mobile Detailing provides vehicle detailing services as described on our website and as agreed upon with the customer.

1.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

2.1. The pricing for our services is as displayed on our website or as communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

2.2. Payment for services is due at the time-of-service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3. We accept Card/Cash payments or full payments before scheduling.

3. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

3.1. Appointments for our services can be scheduled via our website, phone, or other approved communication channels.

3.2. A non-refundable deposit fee is taken during online bookings to confirm your appointment.

3.3. We strive to be punctual and meet scheduled appointment times. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

4.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with reasonable notice.

4.2. Rescheduling made less than 24hrs before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4.3. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit fee is non-refundable.

5. CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle and its condition.

5.2. The customer agrees to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time and ensure a safe and appropriate location for the service to be performed.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. ExtraMile Mobile Detailing will not be liable for any damages to the vehicle that are pre-existing or result from the customer's failure to disclose relevant information about the vehicle.

6.2. We will take all reasonable precautions during service provision. However, we are not liable for any damage to personal property or items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. All content on the ExtraMile Mobile Detailing website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ExtraMile Mobile Detailing and is protected by copyright laws.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian Government and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1. ExtraMile Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
